The subwoofer delivers a wide frequency response of 24 to 200 Hz, along with a max acoustic output of 115 dB SPL (sound pressure level). It performs particularly well when teamed with Acoustech's other home theater speakers, which are customized to match the subwoofer's output. A further bonus stems from the sub's striking rear-vented cabinet, which is outfitted with a high-gloss black finish (think piano surface) on the top and bottom.
